Collaborative Growth, Together
In order to ensure the enhancement of the quality of education and to promote self-improvement, it has been mandated by the CBSE to form a group of 4-6 neighborhood schools for collaborative growth. These would be Hubs of Learning.
Adhyapana is privileged to serve as the Lead School in the Hub of Learning for 5 neighborhood schools in and around Madurai.

How the Hub Works
The methodology to go about this making sure our HOL achieves its goal was scrutinized and it has been decided that HOL Principals meet on the 1st Saturday of each month at Adhyapana School.
For every meeting, each Principal will come forward with at least 2 joint activities to motivate each school team to greater heights.
Along with the aforementioned points, subject enrichment through art integration — and invitation of any major program in one school — shall be extended to all schools.

Independence Day Celebration
Independence Day is the time to recall the famous 'Vande Matram', the chant that gave us freedom. This year, we ensured that the fervor of patriotism lives on, and shifted the celebration online and on YouTube live.
Our beloved Dean Sir, M Visvessvar, hoisted the national flag and addressed the students as well as the teachers for creating a wonderful atmosphere of joy, patriotism, and enthusiasm on this special festival of freedom. Indeed, it was a day of elation, a day of love and respect for the nation.
Math Week — 'Infinity'
Every year our school celebrates Math Week — 'Infinity' — in the month of December. The highlight of this Math Week is the D. R. Iyer Memorial Quiz, which is conducted to pay respect to our Aruna Ma'am's father, who was a famous Mathematician.
This year, it was conducted on 5th December 2020. Though the host — Adhyapana School — won first place in the preliminary round, the final first place went to Maharishi Vidhya Mandir.
The quiz has become a much-anticipated annual event that brings out the best mathematical talent across all member schools.
Atal Tinkering Lab Event — 14th April 2021
It was a great pleasure to organize an interesting Science Event (ATL — Atal Tinkering Lab) with the HOL Members on 14th April 2021. It is named to commemorate our former PM Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The aim of this project was to instill in the minds of young students the spirit of experimenting and proving theory practically.
Young children got a chance to work with tools and equipment to understand the concepts of STEM — Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. A team of experts from Centrado was online to explain the techniques involved in the lab, and students were highly benefitted.

Our speaker stressed the importance of vaccination and precautions to be taken during this hard time. Students' doubts were clarified and awareness was given to lead a safe and happy life.
International Day of Yoga — 21st June 2021
The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated annually on 21st June since 2015. This year, it was themed 'Yoga for Well-being' — how to practice Yoga and promote the holistic health of every individual.
We had a 3-day workshop from 21st June to 23rd June 2021. The Physical Education Department Head, Mr. Sundar, and the Yoga teacher trained the students and parents — especially the mothers — to take care of themselves and manage their health. It was a triumphant workshop, in which everyone was highly benefitted.
The Hub of Learning is a testament to what schools can achieve when they learn together — sharing resources, celebrating each other's wins, and lifting every child in Madurai toward excellence.
